Here, despite the app recording a traditional strength training workout, shows time instead of calories, whereas the workout app that comes with the watch shows calories… Yes the Weight Training Apple workout estimates calories whilst Strava for example choses not to. In fact Apple workouts are pretty good on most workouts and if installed correctly can update third party apps for sharing with friends – my Watch updates Strava public site. I’m just trying to figure out how to not get them to interfere with each other.<\/p>\n
